Terms of Service
You own your content and stay responsible for the decisions you approve. Use the platform lawfully and within its limits; creating an account is free, and any paid plan is shown before you are charged.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you create an account on, or use, the hosted A2A Matrix platform. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. A separate signed agreement with A2A Matrix takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
The service
A2A Matrix is a platform for AI assistants, agents and workflows that act on your systems within the permissions, approvals and policies your company sets. Features change as the platform develops; some are labelled preview and may change or be withdrawn.
Your account
- Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your company’s administrators decide who joins the workspace, what each person may do, and how the workspace is configured.
- Tell us at support@a2amatrix.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the platform and everything it produces for you. You allow us to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service — including sending requests to the AI providers your workspace uses. You are responsible for having the right to the content you upload and the data you connect.
AI output and your decisions
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review it before relying on it, especially before approving an action that changes a system, moves money or reaches a customer. Approvals and policies are your controls: you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you approve. Output from the platform is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.
- Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not upload malware, or try to access another company’s data, probe the platform’s security without our written permission, or get around its limits.
- Do not use the platform to build a competing service by copying it or harvesting its content.
- Follow the usage policies of the AI providers and connected services you use through the platform.
Services from others
AI model providers, Google, Microsoft and the other services you connect are governed by their own terms, which apply to your use of them. Charges on your own provider accounts are billed to you by those providers. We are not responsible for services we do not operate.
Fees
Creating an account is free. A starting allowance and free models may be available, and what they include can change. Any paid plan, and any usage limit that applies to you, is shown before you are charged or agreed in an order with us.
Ending use
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to export or delete your company’s data. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for a risk to the platform or its users, or for unpaid fees. When access ends, we delete your data as the privacy policy describes; ask before then if you want an export.
Warranties and liability
To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, A2A Matrix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will compensate A2A Matrix for claims by others that arise from your content or from your use of the platform in breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service changes. For a significant change we tell account holders before it takes effect; using the platform after that means you accept the new terms.
